William D. Saltsman

Salineville - William D. Saltsman, 82, of Oak Grove Road, Salineville died Wednesday evening at East Liverpool City Hospital.

William was born July 4, 1928 in Salineville, a son of the late William and Ella Cliter Saltsman.

He lived all his life in the Salineville area , graduating from high school and working at a steel mill until his retirement.

William is survived by three daughters; Donna Martin of Salineville, Dorothy (Robert) Hawk of Salineville, and Minnie Adkins of Wilmington, North Carolina; five sons, Donald (Linda) Saltsman of Lisbon , Robert (Bonnie) Wilson of Salineville, William (LaDonna) Wilson of Salineville, Richard (Linda) Wilson of Salineville, and Harold (Linda) Wilson of Carrollton; twenty-one grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Harriet Francis Saltsman whom he married January 29, 1971; two grandsons, Michael Martin and Terry Lee Hawk; two sisters and 5 brothers.

Services will be held on Tuesday, April 26, at 12:00 at the Kerr-Pastore Funeral Home in Salineville, with the Pastor Rodney Ohler officiating.

Burial will be in Highlandtown Cemetery.
