Paul L. Manning Jr.

West Virginia - Paul L. Manning Jr., “JR”, 48, died Monday evening at his residence.

He was born October 21, 1962 in East Liverpool, Ohio, a son of the late Paul L. Manning Sr. and Marianna Morrow Manning.

He gradated from Southern Local High School in 1981 and lived most of his life in this area working as a construction laborer. He enjoyed fishing and camping and just like being outdoors.

Paul will be sadly missed by his four sisters, Judith Payne of Salineville, Rebecca McIntosh of Claremont, NC, Lorraine Manning of Carrollton and Amy Manning of Salineville, and one brother Richard (Karen) Manning of Salineville.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Melissa Hays.

Services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the Kerr-Pastore Funeral Home in Salineville, Ohio, with Pastor Pat Smith of the Salineville United Methodist Church officiating.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 4-8 PM.
