Betty Jane Cumberledge

Salineville- Betty Jane Cumberledge, 52, of East Liverpool passed away February 11, 2011 at her home.

She was born November 9, 1958 in Salineville, Ohio the daughter of the late George and Mary (Barnby) Ketchum.

Betty Jane graduated from the Jefferson County JVS and lived all her life in this area. She worked as a hair dresser until she could no longer work, and then enjoyed chatting and playing games on the computer. She had many, many e-mail friends. She also enjoyed crocheting and knitting and other craft work.

She is survived by two sisters, Mary (Bill) Young of Salineville, Linda Ketchum of Salineville; two brothers, Albert “Al” (Debbie) Ketchum of Salineville, Howard Ketchum of Salineville, and many, many friends.

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John “Tom” Cumberledge, who died in April of 1995; two brothers, George Ketchum Jr. and Bruce Ketchum.

Services will be held Monday, February 14, at 11:00 AM at the Kerr-Pastore Funeral Home with Pastor David Manley of the Salineville Church of Christ officiating.

Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery.
